"Holly Grove Baptist Church exists to love God and others, to reach the lost at home and abroad, to be filled with the Spirit, and to be equipped to walk worthy of our calling in Christ."
Ways to Get Involved:
The last statement of Holly Grove’s Mission Statement is that HGBC exists “... to be equipped to walk worthy of our calling in Christ” and our Equip Classes are designed to do just that. Drawing on Ephesians 4:11-12 and 2 Corinthians 5:18-21, our Equip Classes rotate through different concentrations – such as Bible Study, Spiritual Disciplines, Faith Integration, and Doctrine – in order to equip the saints for the work of ministry.
We currently offer a variety of Equip Classes for you to join.
Whether you live in Spring Hope, Rocky Mount, Lake Royal, or beyond we have a fellowship group with you. These groups give us the opportunity to meet with our church family to eat, fellowship, and pray together. Please see church members for more information on these gatherings.
Every Wednesday night (except the first Wednesday of the month) we join together as a church family to further study God's word and pray together. Whether you are an adult, youth, or child, we have a place for you!
*Please note that we do not have nursery on Wednesday nights*
